Johnson is investing $100 million in a waterfront casino along the Delaware River in Philadelphia.

This project is an addition to the already busy agenda of this businessman, which already includes the management of Black Entertainment Television and the Charlotte Bobcats basketball team.

He also is filming a project with producers Harvey and Bob Weinstein.

The Philly project is not the first gambling attempt for Johnson, in recent years he has bought some gambling licenses in the Turk and Caicos Islands and in Barbados.

Pennsylvania law allows slot machines, and is auctioning two complexes in Philadelphia. Johnson is one of five bidders for these two auctions.
